Brokeriano is a demand-first real estate marketplace. This page explains how information submitted through Brokeriano is used to review property requirements, manage matching opportunities and respond to inquiries.
Information you submit
When you post a property requirement, Brokeriano may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, budget, preferred location, property type, timeline and the details you provide. Matching professionals may submit their company or name, contact details and opportunity information. The Contact form collects the details and message you choose to send.
How the information is used
Brokeriano uses submitted information to review whether a request or match appears genuine, administer the marketplace, communicate about request status, source or review matching real estate opportunities, respond to contact inquiries and protect the platform from misuse.
Public and private information
Approved property requirements may be shown publicly with information such as requirement type, location, property type, budget, timeline, description and request ID. Each live request may also have a public shareable link so brokers and other visitors can forward the requirement to their network. The requester’s name, phone number and email address are not intended to appear in the public Live Requests marketplace or on the shared request page.
Email notifications
If you submit a property requirement with an email address, Brokeriano may send service messages about the request, including confirmation when an administrator approves and publishes it. Messages are sent using info@Brokeriano.com when the website hosting mail service is available.
Administration and access
Submitted information is available to authorized Brokeriano administrators through the private Control Room for moderation, matching and communication purposes.
Updates or withdrawal
To request an update, withdrawal or other assistance regarding information you submitted, email info@Brokeriano.com and include your Brokeriano request or submission ID when available.
